yeap, performed with kim seng wind symphony again! its the 2nd time.. and this time, its their 15th concert. made some new friends there. concert was alright. opps its on 23rd of Dec btw hahaha. played so many drumset parts zzz. luckily this time no mallet parts...if not sure no time to practice. but i still will continue to practice my mallets! ho ho ho~~ its essential to know mallets, timps and drums. otherwise no point calling yourself percussionist aha~ basically everything la. ok back to the concert, thought it was full house... but oh well. musicians do get abit disappointed to play to that amount of people. thank all who attended the concert...! though im not a great player, but i still put in my effort to contribute to the concert. enjoyed performing with the percussion jokers haha. alif rahman richard sze hou shiying. mmm, now left with sp symphonic band Musical Delights and mus art evolution. practice practice..
24th of dec, christmas eve
met up with ah bren in the afternoon. he also wanna change mp3 player. m vision ah.. really like a piece of gold. so thick, heavy and bulky! really regretted getting it in the first place. but now just have to use it as a portable hdd. zzz.
so ya, met up bren with his other 2 frens, and we walked ard funan. realised most items are much more expensive than sls, so we quickly move over to there. ok, not really move, but we walked from city hall to bugis sim lim square. thats not it, we walked ard sls, trying to find "The One". and decided to get samsung u3 2gb. its small, light, portable, internal usb port, LED screen, touch controls. very simple, nothing high tech to drool over. just that... its sooo small compared to mvision -.-" yay! i bought ah bren one, and he bought one for me HHAHAHA!
after quite sometime, sor zai came to meet us. and yes, we walked back to city hall to meet up with sai how yuan jun weijie and dustin. and as usual, have to walk for like xx KM just to have our dinner. yes yes, we walked to clark quay. got used to it liao haha. its like some routine before every meal. exercise then eat zzz. so we settled at Brewerkz, which is at riverside. bbq 1/2 chicken tsk tsk, not bad! that place is famous for their variety of brewed beer, and we didnt order =(
we headed to town after that. and omg so many ppl ahaha. with many cans of spray form. scary. ppl just spray and spray and spray. kids, aunties, workers, mums. waseh. oh, we even saw a bangla got whacked! the bangla sprayed at the ah beng's gf, then all of their friends sprayed him back. the bangla apologised, and suddenly he just brush his hand on the girl's boob! and thats it for him. the ah beng threw the spray can on him! literally throw! and chase after him, punched, kicked, whacked. tsk tsk. no comments! so please, wear a astronaut suit for such event. good for protection! xD
and so, we hanged out till late.. train service was extended on that day~
